HOW TO USE CPAP GEL NOSE PADS

1. Ensure your skin is free from moisturizer, sunscreen and sweat, Thorougly clean your skin.

2. Remove Pad from bag and peel off plastic shield DO NOT DISCSARD PLASTIC. You will use this to store your pad later.

3. Hold the sticky side of pad to your nose, pressing firmly and evenly to get good adhesion.

4. In the morning, remove nose pad slowly, using an upwards motion.

5. Wash with Soap and Water. AVOID cleansers containing moisturizers, oil and emollients.

6. Leave out to air dry, with the adhesive side up. Do not use a towel! When dry, stick back onto plastic shield.

7. Store your Nose Pad back in the original packaging, and away from dust.
